It's funny, Luke had that post about the metal teeth look that the rappers are sporting these days. This morning, I heard this song on the radio, not sure who it was, I think Nelly was at least one of the guys 'singing' but maybe it was a callaboration. Anyway the whole song was about his "grill" which is how they refer to this mouth full of gold and diamonds.
"Smile for me baby
I want to see your grill"
"You want to see my what?"
Funny cause I had no clue about this trend until I saw it on Luke's blog, and appartently even target sells them
Luke will be so excited.

Unbelievable. I think I've sworn off hip-hop ever since that Kanye(Sp?) West dude blamed the president for the Hurricane and all that nonsense. I'm not a W supporter by a long shot, but I am tired of the race card being played in situations like this. I wonder sometimes how long we will be a nation divided. My daughter learned about Dr. Martin Luther King at school. It sounded like a nice lesson, but I wonder if he's rolling over in his grave. We've come a long way, and then we really haven't.

Well that's too much politics for this blog I suppose. And for anyone who is wondering, I don't think metal-mouth is a good look. Course I've never been into 'bling' so I guess that is no suprise.
The comments really seem to be slowing down. Luke said I need to put more pictures up, Maybe I'll work on that.

My mood improved drastically when I picked up my daughter and found out she had a 'great' day. Then my little one, she is sick. She has a low fever and a very snotty nose. You can really tell she is off her game. She barely ate anything all day, which is definitely not like her.
Also I am wondering if my brother is on a business trip or something because he's been conspicuously quiet.
