Serta
So the company in question is Serta, and though we finally got a replacement mattress, the whole process was the most uncustomerfriendly crap you could imagine.
Did you know that a stain voids the warranty? (outfoxed them with mattress protector)
Did you know that without the original receipt your warranty is void? (although you could prove many ways that you made this purchase).
You must pay $35 to get an inspector out and he may or may not decide in your favor.
You must pay $114 after that to pay for delivery and removal.
You must have the bed stripped before the inspector arrives or he will leave and you will pay $35 to get him back out there.
Also, if you ever want to call them, you must leave a voicemail and then wait 48 hours for a call back (don't be caught without your phone). But this number will get you a human:
Toll free: 1-888-557-3782
Did you know you cannot use the handles on your king size mattress to move or lift it?
Well my husband came up with the original receipt and together we ran the gauntlet. We got our new mattress on Saturday and so far it is the exact opposite of our old one. Thank goodness it's a no-flip because it is king sized and has no handles.
Also I got my night guard to ease jaw pain from clenching my teeth all night long. It seems to be helping even after only four nights.

You guys have the worst customer service luck out of anyone in the whole universe.
Make sure you email the Sky Bank.
You think? So it is us? I don't think so. I am going to remind you of this from now on everytime you have an issue.
I didn't say it was you. I said you had bad luck.
One of my biggest flaws is that I'm horrible in confrontation and I try to avoid it at all if possible. It's something I'm trying to work on. What am I afraid of?
I bet someone looking up Serta and their 1-800 # is going to stumble onto your blog someday.
