Another MEME courtesy of Pynchon

I like this one. I'd like to come up with questions of my own sometime.

Name someone with the same birthday as you

Kim Novak, Tom Selleck, My husbands friend Greg, and McKenzie from my daughter's ballet class

Where was your first kiss?

The backyard of my mother's house

Have you ever seriously vandalized someone's property?

I rode in a car one night and two houses were egged. I didn't actually throw the eggs, but I felt glad that one of the houses was being egged.

Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex?

Not in violence, wrestling and such is all.

Have you ever sang in front of a large group of people?

Used to sing "Like a Virgin" kereoke every time I had the chance.

What's the first thing you notice about the preferred sex?

Eyes, smile.

What do you order at Starbucks?

Don't think I ever have, although I love coffee, I don't have the liesure time to go to coffee houses.

What is your biggest mistake?

Getting married at age 19 (husband #1) but, if I hadn't done it, I probably wouldn't have met husband #2 and had these beautiful girls.

Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose?

Yes, when I was 14 (the age of satan for girls) I blacked my eye by hitting it with a tennis shoe many times so that some 9th grader would notice me. He did, so what, he never spoke to me.

Say something totally random about yourself.

I snap my fingers wrong. totally wrong.

Has anyone ever said you look like a celebrity?

This old guy at work used to call me Shanai Twain (sp?) but she's like 30 lbs skinnier than me (we are both part Cherokee though). A chic I used to work with at TGI Friday's always told me I look like Melissa Gilbert. I'd rather look like Shanai, but I don't think I do...

Do you still watch kiddy movies or TV shows?

Monster's Inc is on right now. An awesome flick I might add. BUT I DO NOT WEAR CLOTHES WITH DISNEY CHARACTERS ON THEM.

Did you have braces?

Wanted them, needed them, never got them.

Are you comfortable with your height?

Comfortable, but if I had the choice I would be 5' 8"

What is the most romantic thing someone has ever done for you?

My husband bought me a weeping willow tree for mother's day in 2003. He knew it was my favorite tree, and he wrote a beautiful verse to go with it.

When do you know it's love?

When you think to yourself, 'how could I live without xxxxx'

Do you speak any other languages?

I studied German for 2.5 years, but only remember a bit. Husband #1 was from Brazil, so I know some portugese.

Have you ever been to a tanning salon?

Yes, but not to the extent that an Essex Chic would

What magazines do you read?

Better homes, Cosmo, if I had time. .

Have you ever ridden in a Limo?

My first time in one was on Sweetest day (a fake holiday) with my husband (then new boyfriend) and he suprised me with it..

Has anyone you were really close to passed away?

Yes.

Do you watch MTV?

Real World once in a blue moon.

What's something that really annoys you?

Poor verbal skills. Stupid people

What's something you really like?

Pasta Alfredo from Tj's.

Do you like Michael Jackson?

I did, but I can only think of his icky side now when I hear him.
It's ruined.

Can you dance?

I think I'm okay? I enjoy dancing v. much.

What's the latest you have ever stayed up?

27 or 28 hours.

Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance to the emergency room?

Yes, in 9th grade. I lost consciousness at school.
I was famous the next day, and forgotten again the day after that.

Do you read these when someone fills them out?

Absolutely. These are shortcuts into somebody's soul and should be taken seriously.

Oh, okay yes and sometimes I punch my guy friends really really hard on the arm for no apparent reason (and not only when I am drinking).
Thanks for pointing out my oversight.

Yes yes, an "S" I know, wierd. In HS we called her SA. OOh, she hated it. HA

But why FIVE X? Is there another level I'm not aware of?

She hated that nickname? Haha. I don't know if I ever called her that to her face. We didn't interact much anyway.

Shiring, the 'X' Could just have easily have been 'N' or any other variable. I was trying to say fill in the blank with the name of your beloved. Maybe subconsiously that is why I used 5 of them? I don't get the SA you called her S. A. or you called her Sah?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh, a blank prolly would have been better...not a series of letters especially those sometimes associated with sex, like XXX.

Her name is eliSAbeth, so SA. She apparently didn't mind it from everyone but me, I used to get hit when I said it. Now it's Elisabeth.
