I'm a bad Blogger
I've been blogging, but more along the lines of reading everyone else's blogs. I am curious as to why Miss Emma doesn't comment back on the comments too much these days. Anyway, I've enjoyed the blogthings, tried many of them. But I feel guilty, like those aren't real posts and if I don't get with it I'm going to let my blog wither and die.
Class pictures at Kindergarten today. My kid said she was NOT getting her picture taken. When I offered to use the curling iron on her hair though, everything changed : )
Also I am very relieved that I was able to convince her that buying a hot lunch at school (she despareately wanted the chicken nuggets they are serving today, but has packed lunch until now and is terrified to change her routine) was something she could do and that no, mommy does not need to leave work and drive 35 min. to your school and buy your lunch! She's so cute.
Also, we sent a really delicious looking apple to school in her back pack for her to give to her teacher. Do people still do that? I hope it is received well. I made sure C knew it was a Braeburn apple in case her teacher asked. Her poor teacher has 29 5 year olds to deal with until 3:30 today :-( too bad I couldn't send her a valium!!
Thanks to Emma (Goddess of all things blog) I found another very cool blog at angryhamsterface.blogspot.com. Worth reading if you like reading journals.

Yo; goddess of all blogs here. ;-) Would like to explain, the reason I don't always respond to comments is:-
(a) I don't always realise people expect an answer.
(b) I get easily distracted.
(c) I forget.
If you answered mostly A then you should take more time to read other people. Be a better blogger!
If you answered mostly B then you have a problem - I think it's called Adult ADD or something. No one believes in that.
If you answered mostly C then you used the (apparent) best excuse in the world for explaining away your inability to do something/be somwhere (as voted by men). Well done.
I never had much fun at school photos, but I'm glad I have them as they're quite an amusing record of how my face has changed shape. Unless I have unwittingly been given pictures of other girls instead...
Come on! Those are real posts! That's all I've got! Holy exclamation marks!
LOL
:)
She actually said to me with tears streaking down her little face "Tell your boss you gotta do something with your KID!!"
I would've done it too, but I'm afraid she will expect me to drop everyting and do stuff whenever I say.
And Miss Emma, I wasn't trying to beat you up on lack of response to poor Luke and I, I was just theorizing as to why it has gotten quiet at KHII, just a theory ;-)
And I feel quite priveledged that you have dropped in on me this fine morning...
Please say hello to my brother Glenn, who's blog was dead and burried a few months ago, we can't figure out why.
Hi Pepsi
I went to that site (the spam bit LOL) it was funny cause in my youth me and my cousin was into DD
not anymore I have out grown that LOL (right LOL)
Your daughter is darlin (out of the mouths of babes --- broke my heart I would have been done for with the tears LOL) She sounds to be just charming careful ;0) next boys will be calling her
trust me lol
my daughter was just yesterday playing tea parties and asking me to do her hair for school pictures
I blinked and now I have boys calling her LOL
once they go to school they grow super fast *sigh*
I envy you I miss when mine was that young :)
NR-
Your daughter is really striking. Tell her to never color her hair!!
IMO!
you ugly
WTF is that all about? Take a hike, jerkoff.
lol
And I still can't get into Glenn's site. Perhaps he should pretend to be from the UK in his profile? We can say anything we like, pretty much. Hence the fact that all the Muslim extremeist clerics have lived over here for so long...
NR - your daughter is strikingly pretty! Not surprised about the boys calling.
hernesto g (whatever that means) - (I doubt that was your wife dead 2 year ago) and I'm guessing by your prose that English is not your first language, so perhaps this is all a miscommunication...?
Pepsi- Thanks and I agree she shouldnt color her hair
the picture here is from her modeling about 1 1/2 years ago
she is will be 15 the 2nd of Nov (she was my early bday present as I am nov 10th) and this is a very difficult age
I try to be a cool mom and not do anyting that will cause her to close the door of communication but sometimes I just feel like hitting that panick button becuase even though she is almost 15 I still feel like she is 3 you know what I mean.. Not to mention at this age she has no time for Mom (which is why I said I envy you) it is so hard they go from Mommy can we do this and that to Mom (rolling eyes) I dont need you to come I can do this... lol I mean I know that have to grow up but they will still always be our babies right lol
anyhow Pepsi if you and the hubby ever need a babysitter go a head send her my way lol but I will spoil her (should give a warning.... Hey is that why grannys always spoil thier little ones? because our kids are grown and we miss that time lol)
Hmmm I know it is coming my son is 17 so its just down the road (hopefully in say 10 years when I am ready LOL)
Hernesto g... That isnt nice at all (dont know who you meant was ugly but if you meant anyone here I have to disagree) hopefully Maboeln is right and its miscommunication
Maboeln -- Thanks :) and I agree about glens site cant get in :(
revise statement he visited Better safe than sorry and I think he is just a not so nice person
oh well always one bad apple
I think he is an antisocial kid, maybe 13. Nobody at school likes him so he plays on the computer all the time. Nobody pays attention so he goes blog surfing desparately trying to get other's to go to his blog (pay attention to him) which many of us did out of morbid curiosity. Obviously something is seriously wrong in this kids life. Too Bad!
