Funny Things
2 of them.
1) My six year old upon seeing a diet pepsi can in the cupholder of the car (at home I only drink diet CAFFINE free -in a tan can, she knows that the blue has caffine). "Mommy, you are drinking caffine at this hour? You'll be up all night lady!"
2) My four year old often talks or sings until she gets sleepy (don't know where she gets this). I heard her over the baby monitor last night (okay, she's not a baby, but our doors are heavy and I like having a set of "ears" in there). She was signing about a stuffed animal she calls Ruffy (a dog), making up a song for about 5 min. Really cute stuff like,"Oh me and Ruffy, Ruffy is so cute, cutest puppy I've ever seen... " Then suddenly I hear, "Me and Ruffy are gonna take over the world." in a very singsong voice! Ha. I asked her about it this morning and she admitted that she had no idea what that means.

I think the world would be a better place if Halle and Ruffy took over!! And Crista is 6 going on 16!
Yes, G took them shopping yesterday (C had a walmart giftcard worth 10$ that she got at the cheerleading banquet). He asked her if she wanted to go to the toy section and she said,"Well I could use my money to buy Mommy a birthday present." How sweet is that?
Wow, it's not even February yet.
How cute they sound Mary. We will have to get all together this summer.
